I am a licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Missouri. I received my BS in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and my MA in Christian Counseling at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC. I am a certified clinician in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

 

Using a unique approach of integrating attachment theory, nueroscience, EMDR, CBT, and Christian Spirituality, I help children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive disorder, and relational and childhood trauma.

I have been providing clinical services since 2008. 

 

I have always had a passion for the inner life of human beings and their pursuit of wholeness spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. My professional calling to the field of counseling began with my own personal journey of healing through counseling when I was in college. I personally understand what it is to suffer and have great compassion for those experiencing pain. It is my privelege to walk with others as they struggle through difficulty, seek wholeness and healing, and eventually find hope.
